5. Training courses & content

Courses and learning materials provided by GenLearny Innovations are for educational purposes. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use course materials for your personal, non-commercial learning. You may not reproduce, distribute, or make derivative works of our content without permission.

6. Internships & placement facilitation

GenLearny may facilitate introductions between participants and internship partners or employers. While we make reasonable efforts to match students with suitable opportunities, we do not guarantee internship offers, job placements, salary levels, or duration of internships. Internship partners set their own eligibility, selection, and offer terms — GenLearny is a facilitator.

7. Payments, fees & taxes

Certain offerings require payment. All fees are displayed in the checkout flow and are payable according to the payment terms. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers (for example, Razorpay, Stripe, PayPal). We do not store full card numbers on our servers; payment processing is handled by the payment provider. You are responsible for any applicable taxes.

8. Refunds & cancellations

Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Return Policy. Please review that policy for details on eligibility, timelines, and the refund process. By enrolling in a paid Course you acknowledge the Refund Policy that applies to that Course.

9. User content & submissions

If you submit content (assignments, comments, profile information, or other materials), you grant GenLearny a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, and display that content as necessary to provide the Service. You represent and warrant that you have the necessary rights to submit the content and that it does not infringe any third-party rights.

All content on the Service (courses, videos, documents, logos, trademarks) is owned by GenLearny Innovations or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of any intellectual property rights in the Service or content.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless GenLearny Innovations, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

16. Termination & suspension

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service for violations of these Terms, suspected fraud, legal reasons, or other conduct harmful to the Service or other users.
