Refund & Return Policy
Guidelines for course changes, rescheduling, cancellations, and refund processes at GenLearny Innovations.
GenLearny Innovations disclaims all liability and confirms that it will not, under all conditions, entertain any appeal for a return of any request made on www.genlearny.com, except as expressly stated in this policy.
GenLearny Innovations allows you to change your course to an alternative course only once, subject to the following conditions:
- GenLearny must be notified in writing at least 1 week before commencement.
- Alternative course must have available seats and finish within 1 month.
- Processing fee of Rs. 500/- applies.
- Email support@genlearny.com.
- Submit "Course Change Form".
- Pay fees and submit receipt.
Reschedule requests must be made 10 business days before commencement. The new date must be within 90 days.
GenLearny reserves the right to cancel sessions due to instructor unavailability, insufficient participants, or Force Majeure events (earthquakes, floods, civil unrest, etc.).
