High ImpactNo lead left behind. BDAs at GenLearny own their pipeline end to end — nurturing cold leads, re-engaging drop-offs, and keeping every interested student moving forward.
Core ResponsibilityHit your targets and the path to Senior BDA opens fast. Compensation is structured to reward closers — stipend, conversion bonuses, and direct access to leadership from day one.
Merit-basedEnrolments. Counselling, follow-ups, and pipeline work all exist to hit that number. If you're driven by closing and thrive on targets, this is where you belong.
What we look for
Persuasive, empathetic, target-driven individuals who turn a "let me think about it" into a "yes, I'm in."
- Connect with students who have shown interest in our programs
- Explain GenLearny courses, training, and internship opportunities
- Understand student needs and suggest the right program
- Follow up with students and assist them in completing enrollment
- Maintain basic records of calls and follow-ups
- Work towards monthly targets with team support
